They can alter the outer appearence, but that doesn't make them any younger OR BETTER than anyone else. Sad, powerful commentary on today's perfection seeking society...too bad they are missing the mark. :)

I wouldn't say these people are dumb, Sandie - like you just said they are not satisfied with themselves, they want to look good for others. Hence, these people are insecure and have no self esteem nor self worth. The mirror is all that matters to them. They are not dumb, they need a lot of help! Great write, TRASK!!

Dumb women will go to get themselves altered, not only women, men are doing that too.

But who says we have to look best for other people? If you are satisfied with yourself, then be it. If other people don't like us because of our looks, then it's their problems, they can just go and have their eye-surgery instead to correct how THEY look at others.

I don't know why anyone has to alter themselves to look good for others, what's it to them how another look. Even the ugliest rose have thorns. Don't think they're easy for picking.
