oh TRASK...I don't know where this was coming from, but you made it clear here..you just keep on writing in your unique style and about your all-important subjects! There are too few who will take chances of displeasing, too few who will trouble themselves to shout out about all that's wrong in our society.

Stepped on some toes, did you? :))) inevitable, my friend.

I respectfully disagree with Floria... about 'not hurting anyone'...that's the mantra of 'politically correct' which in itself presents one of the gravest dangers of our times.

Truth hurts! if you can even grasp it.

Well, I'm getting too old for all this BS, but you, my friend, always have had my admiration and my applause.

The truth is important, and as we are all adults, I am sure we can decide whether to read it or tune it out. It will only ever be hate if that is the readers mindset. An excellent write.

I am in the dark again,don't know what's going on re 'free speech' but do know I like EVERYONE to express their feelings for
HOW do I know what someone is thinking if they are silent?HOW do I know THEM if they keep quiet?Freedom of speech is paramount...and freedom of thought is mankind's birthright.
I don't know or understand everything you write TRask,that's cool,you are a very deep thinker,THAT'S GREAT!
But I know YOU are true to self ,THAT'S MIGHTY...and that you give it your very best shot trying to express your feelings,I thank you for that,there is always hope where there is communication,there is little hope for understanding when doors are closed on freedom of expression.
You are never boring.You have fire in your pen,sometimes it burns... sometimes...it melts ice.Keep being YOU.
