Closer ever compeditive
each step in time
not one motion wasted
as with rhythm and beat
two hearts came together to meet

Lighting broke the dark
flashing red, blue and yellow hues
revealing eyes deep
with longing and fear controlled
together to souls reached

With every bass thrum
and deep ringing rhythmic drum
Slow ebbs and flows
of feelings not wanting release
came together in desired peace

As sounds faded
becoming intense in silence
lost in each others person
deep in each others eyes tumbling
as one with slow controlled breathing

Unexpected delight
drawn together by no more than music
into world of intense
hope, desire and longing want
controlled tension of physicality

My own heart beating
in time
with music so rhythmic
it can only the music of her heart
that now speaks to my heart
