Here Within Me

You were given a
mountain to climb.
With a few falls you
made it to the top.

For your spirit over
powered your mind.
No way were you about
to stop.

~*~

He gave you wings
for you to soar.
He took your pain
and cast it all free.

~*~

Never again to suffer
here anymore.
For now you're in a
place of eternal peace.

~*~

Angels of beauty shall
all surround you.
With their bright hues
of silver and gold.

~*~

You will see once your
blinders are removed,
The land of paradise
all aglow.

~*~

I must somehow find
the strengh to survive.
Until the day that
we once again meet.

~*~

I shall forever keep
your memory alive.
For i know that your
spirit is always
"Here Within Me".
