Our True Heroes 9/11

~ Our True Heros ~
~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~



You have all sacraficed
your lives that day,
Doing what you so
strongly believed in.

~*~

No one could of anticipated
that tragedy was on it's way.
That would bring down the
towers known as the twins.

~*~

Never before had i realized
all of the dangers,
That fall upon the shoulders
of our firefighters.

~*~

Risking their lives
for complete strangers.
Because of their dedication
They make life so much brighter.

~*~

But today we somberly
stand as one.
Reflecting on those who
did not survive.

~*~

To their families that
tragedy fell upon.
Know that their memory
will forever be kept alive.

~*~

To "ALL" of the firemen
I would like to say,
That forever will you be
our worlds true st heroes.

~*~

We will never forget
that horriffic day.
When tragedy struck the
WTC...
Only known to us now
as ground zero.

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~




Thank you to "ALL FIREFIGHTERS",
For your courage and dedication....

In memory of 9/11/01
Gone but never forgotten...

This my favorite tribute my grandfather and father and uncles and now my cousins and a nephew were and are firemen back East.In New Jersey and New York God Bless you for this.

i agree with both peggy and karla..as karla said, she made a promise to thank our firefighters, police force, and emts, and i do the same; and i also give them ((((BIG HUGS))))! (((HUGS))) to you, trixi, for writing such a powerful and moving write!! "NEVER FORGET", and "GOD BLESS AMERICA AGAIN!!" :(

ohhhhhhhhhhhh...so beautiful and moving...let us always remember and never forget. i made a promise last september 11, and i haven't broken it yet...when i see a police officer, firefighter, or emt, i thank them for a job well done...(((HUGS))) and love...karla. :(
