~ A Chance To Bloom ~ �� Born into this world much to soon. Yet love and prayers were on her side... ~~ A baby born oh so tiny and frail. Fighting desperately for her life... ~~ Like a pin cushion there she laid. With needles and tubes to help her survive... ~~ Oh how she's so tiny yet she's so brave. She lives her delicate life one day at a time... ~~ Down to the chapel I must go to pray. Oh dear God, Her fragile life all depends upon You... ~*~ When suddenly I heard His tender whisper say. The poem and music is lovely Trixie. This reminds me of my nephews, they were so tiny when they were born. Wish I could see the picture.

I can relate; I was a preemie (1 1/2 pounds, 3 months too early; Karla was the bigger one, at 2 pounds, and we weren't expected to survive when we were born back in 1959; but by God's Grace, we are BOTH still here today!); and so this write truly touched me! Wonderful and heartfelt write; thanks for sharing, Trixie!

Love the large print a boone to my eyes. Your poem is a delight and oh so true. My first daughter was a 3 lb preemie, thank God she survived.
