Some of you are going to think this writer is dandelion obsessed after reading Earth Flower. But this is actually a poem that goes back many years to a time when love lifted me from depression and despair with the world. No, it's not about sex although if you want it to be, don't mind me.
I was
as a deep green yard
of new spring dandelions,
yellow sweet
bumblebee dessert
in the rythym
of warm touching sun
and deep black
soul-yielding earth,
spun of puffballs
of airy fluffed desires
in a world of computer-blank
gray card
until I came back
onto life's breath
to touch
a depth of dandelions.
Good. Much meaning here. Thank you for sharing, Jerry. Love and peace to you,
Regis

Nooooo, I've sussed you ole chap. You tell the wife how great dandelions are, thus she lets them grow, in to that wild garden look, and no need for you to use the lawnmower as you'll be saddened at the death of all those wonderful dandelions... or dandiliyings should i say.. lol
Such a sensual poem, Jerry. I can almost smell the dandelions, along with the "soul-yielding earth." Simple elements of love bring the poet comfort and rebirth.
