Even as I blew the feather soft snow
From off the trees on the path to the cabin
I knew the wind would move it quicker
I loved the dusting of confectioneer sugar
consistency of light snow fall in the mountains
I have my tapes and books which I intend tolose myself in and learn all I can
What better time to enforce the powers
Of becoming, and knowing the truth of being
The Art Of Becoming
~
There is nothing to do, just be
Do nothing , be
No climbing mountains and sitting in caves
I do not even say"be yourself"
Since you do not know yourself
Just be
Nisargadatta Maharaj~
My thoughts~
Absorbing the beauty around me
I am
Though I don't know who
I care not
I am
I need no approval to be who
I am
If I truly become who
I am
Then who I am will become
me

Yes I'm into a spiritual quest, but I'm also
rethinking old things so I can get rid of
what has no relevance and make room for the new concepts that further advance my enlightenment. It is always good to take inventory and replace what needs replacing.
My favorite:
Jesus Christ said "The wind blows where it wishes and you hear the sound of it , but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes: so it is with every one who is born of the Spirit."

"If I truly become who I am, then who I am will become me" poses an interesting conundrum that requires faith to find its fruition.
"If I become who I am" sounds almost like it is "our" personal responsibility to become what the Creator, in His infinite foreknowledge of all things, has predestined us to become from the beginning to bring about a higher plan than we could never fathom in our finite pandering to understand.
Finding its fullfillment in the fact that we, in the faithful pursuit of who we are supposed to become, but aren't, were obedient to something greater than ourselves, striving in faith and expectation to become that person we were all predestined to become.
A sweet wind is beginning to blow in this den.
Smell it?

Paul;-)
You return us to that familiar starting point of rediscovering ourselves, so that we may be equipped and ready for the tasks that lie ahead of us, and be attuned to our guiding inner spirit that leads the way..
You have a superb way of stating the obvious to us all, what most of us are missing in this world, self knowledge !!!!
The graphic has a sense of deja vu about it...
