This is an answer to those who want to remove "In God We Trust" from our money and any other place it is written. They won't in my sphere!

Poem Artwork

~Creator's Beauty~

          ~~*~~

The beauty of a rose
or  a little child with
cute pug nose and an
innocent  smile~~

This Is Why In God We Trust!

The beauty of a horse
with a proud mane, or
a field of purple gorse in
a gentle rain~~

This Is Why In God We Trust!

The beauty of a dove and
its morning call, or a
couple in love as they
give their all~~

This Is Why In God We Trust!

The beauty of the wind
singing through the trees
or a welcome summer
breeze~~

This Is Why In God We Trust!

The beauty of a mountain
reaching majestic heights
or the sun that gives us
daylight~~

This Is Why In God We Trust!

The beauty of the stars
on a moonlit night,giving
us confidence all is
right~

This Is Why In God We Trust!

The beauty of  Ocean waves
curling on the shore, or of
Dolphins that we can't help
but adore~~

This Is Why In God We Trust!

The beauty of an Eagle
in flight,seen amidst
the glorious celestial
light~~

This Is Why In God We Trust!

The beauty of a stunning
sunset, before the moon
arrives in muted glow

This Is Why In God We Trust!

All of this beauty
surrounding us, should
bring about a mighty
hallelujah chorus~~!

This Is Why In God We Trust!

Hallelujah, and I am awestruck by that pic. I like your poem, too, but can't decide which stanza I like best.

The simple pleasures of just being exist in dynamic, beautiful verse; how can one not believe in God when His evidence is all around? Definately a step in the right direction, a clarion call for Americans to WAKE UP! Thank you, Eileen, this is glorious. All I can say is, Not on my watch, either. :)

(((HUGS))) and love, Karla.

An excellent construct of praise that stimulates faith in the Creator as well as thankfulness for His wondrous creation.

Your eyes and heart, dear Eileen, are filled with wisdom and love. And your creativity flows like a deep pure river. Kudos!

Eileen

You have the heart, innocence and wonder of a child...
All God Given Gifts...
And you translate those qualities in this splendiferous poem.
I have a penchant for rainbows...

Peter.

I was seeing God as I read your poem. God is beautiful and shall not acept anything less than total beauty. The rainbow and waterfalls, for instance, are beauty manifesting itself through the beauty of God. Some see them as beauty by itself while others see them as beauty by the grace of God. The difference of the two is that one sees with eyes while the other sees with eyes in the heart. Those who are blind in the heart see the materiality of beauty which is only the shadow of the spiritual beauty. Thank you eileen and God Bless You Queen
