In mornings scintillating splendour, I see
the dew of destiny

My eyes are privileged to behold the daystar of divinity

As justice soars the lapis lazuli skies the earthbound are searching for the wise

Iniquity has put its foot in the door, but like the scribes of old I use my pen to boldy lay the bully out on the floor

The tides of wishful thinking can sometimes be a devil in disguise, and pens must do more to penetrate the lies

Scribes cannot let the demons of detraction, make them lazy in their reaction to the injustice that crawls among us like teeming insects, and pens must be busy as bees

We can Join in a song of praise for happy days, when life is worth the living, remembering that the best of times is when hearts are open and prone to giving

"On Christ the solid Rock I stand
