Now that I know what true prosperity is I have to share it with those who don't Only Creator can help us maintain this Trying to get it without Him, you won't
Earthlings measure prosperity by wealth Struggling to obtain it however they can Which is why there is so much ill health Worlds failures are due to arrogance of man
Prosperity comes , reserving a place in heaven Following God's plan you may have some here But all of Creator's wealth is freely given to men When learning it's from Him, they get their share
Prosperity is felt in the golden feelings within Us!

Prosperity is the coin of the realm, but it is also health, wisdom, intellect, caring, helping, spiritual growth, and appreciation of the beauty around us. Some 'prosperity' is priceless and no coin can buy it.
Prosperity is an attitude of heart and mind. It is banked and distributed through the soul and usually people can tell at a glance just how rich or poor you are in real terms. It is a wonderful thing to live among those who are materially "lacking in affluence" and yet who ooze wealth and richness of spirit and generosity towards others. Conversely, it is an ugly world when surrounded by so much material grandeur and yet meanness of attitude that the stench of death literally hangs around. The wonderful thing about the prosperity you speak of is that it grows itself the more you spend it! God's economy sure is a good one! :)) Great stuff, thank you. Kate xx

Spiritual prosperity is the key to a well-balanced life...that apple basket has the juiciest, edible apples...the ones you want to share with your friends...in the material world, there can be no peace, love, or camraderie among the people...that apple basket has the worms corkscrewing from the evil core...this line is my favorite...it set the tone for the poem from the first, Eileen...
Oh how true, Eileen. I'll Amen everything in your poem. So often we find ourselves looking at monetary wealth and not often enough do we stop to appreciate our "wealth" obtained by helping others or in the blessings the Creator has given to us.
This is a beautiful piece with flawless rhyme and a much needed message in this day and age. As always, a perfect poem from your pen.

Indeed, you have hit many of our ills here and the root cause.
There is only one way...
This poem wraps up well the old saying "You can't take it with you when you go" and since that is one of the true thing in this life, perhaps working on building what you DO take with you when you go is energy well spent. Beautiful as always ET.
