I know your game, to show me you're still boss to instill doubt, make me think I'm at a loss,to be rid of you, everytime I fly too high you clip my wings, pull me into the abyss with your tempters kiss.You know all my weak spots,how to make me hot you stoke all the fires of my passion without ration, deceiving me into thinking I have a right to anything I desire.
You offer a plethora of gifts,beauty, fortune, fame we take, too greedy to remember your fake name. you strike when I'm at my weakest, and I let you have your way, until my senses return to see how you have darkened my day.
That's when the battle starts, I have to break away from your spell, I can't let you keep me a prisoner in your hell, you are so dark and drear, abominable evil one, I let you keep me from the sun, once again I must gird up to fight. Praying I can find my way back to the light. I cry out:
"Begone pernicious one,in the name of the Almighty Son", and once again the battle is won! Will I ever learn?

My how you have grasped how the dark side can taunt, tempt and jeer at how mortal we are - and with one short, swift blow it is so forcibly ejected. What Satan fails to realize is that we already HAVE the victory; we have it in the Saving Blood of Jesus Christ! Yet it is Satan who is trying to seek and destroy; he won't stop at nothing; but God has the last laugh on Satan because Satan has ALREADY lost! Good one, Eileen; brava!

There will be temptation. At least while Satan is in control of the world. BUT! We have victory over him, because...Jesus is in control of our HEART! Begone, devil, in the Son's Name! The Name above all names: you gotta bow to Him! He ain't gonna do that, he's gonna flee! Heehee! GLORY! (Sorry, got carried away LOL)
As you know, we will fall (again and again and...); we just need to repent and try to do better. God allows U-turns. :)
