Whenever I commune with you I learn things that I never knew Embraced by your divine grace With trust written upon your face And how the lesson fills my heart To stick like glue and never part
The wisdom that always comes through Showing what's important to know and do It isn't how much we trust you, but How much you trust us, to trust you It sounds a lot like a riddle that's true Faith surely isn't an innocuous brew
And when I think of how you take the time To help me understand that you're sublime I feel like I've won the golden prize For you've given me a glimpse of paradise Which makes me sad to think of all those Who refuse to accept,it is them you chose
Your picture, your words - capture the beauty and essence of a true way to trust. Trusting is something that requires one's whole being. You can't do it it halves. Inspiring!!!
Trust as a beautiful feeling
Your words captured the love faith and trusting!
I Love that beautiful picture of that
Cat and bird!!
Your words of wisdom are stunning!!

Trust is definitely something we learn to do with time. I like the message in your poem. When shields come down, wonderful things can happen. Great write, cute picture!

Aww chucks, if the world were only like this, forgive, you are speaking of the next one, love the picture, may I be allowed to copy it. Love and Hugs! Jasmin Horst
Life is a riddle, yet many can figure it out pretty quick. Yet it is those who turn their back that God tries to bring back into the fold, very inspiring....
Adore the photograph too because when I let my parakeets out for a fly, that is exactly what Zeus does with Cassy as she is the more docile of the bunch....
Inspiration. A dose a day helps keep stupidity at bay. Thank you ET for another inspiring poem. But thank you even more, for sharing it with your friends at the den. Jon Michael Willey
Eileen,
This is so true. Far too many times, we refuse to accept His Grace and in the end it is us who suffer.
Thanks for this inspiring poem. Nice rhymes, too. ;-)
Love,
Jill

What a wonderful poem and corresponding picture about trust. I especially love these words,
"Embraced by your divine grace
With trust written upon your face."
What beautiful words indeed.
These song lyrics and art are tales, tides and twinkling lights - tunes telling stories of warmth and sun, city and sand, paths that lead, and the coins we can keep in the Karma Bank. Spirit's been bypassed for sorrow, dreaming of a better tomorrow .
Rare and most enjoyable
