I stood before the mirror and gently removed the patch over my eye, it was a tense,exciting moment...at firstmy eye (right) wouldn't open,and all I saw with my left eye was a cloudy blurry face

It took a few minutes while my eye blinked and adjusted  ,and when it finally focused, I was astonished! Everything was so bright,and colors so vivid, I couldn't believe it

I saw a face with a few lines I hadn't known were there;-) But the beauty of regained sight far
surpassed any flaw I may see. I still can'tdecipher text clearly,but it will get better each day.

So I'm back,but not totally,please be patient as I read slowly and comment briefly. I missed you all
,and am so glad to be back. Thank you for prayers,well wishes etc.You are the best!

Imagine the beauty that you saw being even more so, imagine it having an even brighter glow,oh what joy in my soul at what the Lord allows me to behold, a glorious  combination of color
I hope will last as my heart beats fast at the prospect of all my greedy eye can now read ...
