It explodes like thunder
shouts like lightning
then the rain pours down
in an exciting cascade
of wonderment
at the thought of what
is yet to come in the
ever expanding eternity
that lies before us if
your wise enough to
be in the chorus

Invest your thoughts
in the greatest climax
ever wrought when
the Son bought your
soul and be made whole

Get ready to dance to the
tune of completion where
defeat is no longer an option
and fulfillment is the direction
to the connection of perfection
in the company of divinity where
you'll share infinity

On the horizon at the next bend
Time for decision will come to an end
Let the Savior hear your voice
He gave you the simple choice!

etw~

Amen to this one...sometimes I think the 'end' is closer than most people think it is...like most people I tend to put so many of my decisions off for as long as possible but this poem reminded me that now is a good time to start, the 'next bend' may be the end.I needed to read this one.
Thanks for it.
Hugs

Very inspirational and true! We all have the power to change our lives. We all live with this wisdom inside, it's the man/woman that finds these answers that is truly in tune with oneself and the Universe.

Bring on the storm...

Peace, love and light,
Amber

"wise enough to be in the chorus" I believe your heart process in this lovely expression hinges on this judicious phrase. And not only is it crucial to be in the chorus, dear chum, but also continue singing fervently against all odds, and challenges, and never compromising our precious faith for the ephemeral. As the inscription says on the mighty Tempest Sword in the MJ Series: Christ Before All Else! Love, health, and hugs ... richard

My dear Eileen, Life is a long journey for some and a short one for others. Your poem is clear and we have to take it as it comes and be prepared for it without any imagination and thought. When our time arrives to depart, our angel will teach us within. I missed you, my friend, your time is still here with us. Love Emile

The pied piper playing the dance, I wonder, as I always do, did I bring my dancing shoe, or do I have to go barefoot to join the hood?
