I think your poem is excellent and nicely written. It's the truth. I completely disagree with this Marc Kennedy guy...he's got it quite wrong.

I could not agree more with
the sentiments expressed by Marc Kennedy. As an American, I have never felt
ashamed to be one before but I do now. I, like many other Americans, I believe,
feel very estranged from and frightened by the policies of out current
government. The abominable Iraq policy and the Israeli policy are only two of
the most egregious examples of misguided thinking by the conservatives who run
the country at this time.

Poor Mr. Gallo. I would love to go to Iraq and become a human shield for poor Iraqi children who are dying by the thousands because of sanctions and depleted uranium.
I had leukemia when I was 17 and I know how much it hurts. Children there are not receiving chemotherapy because the medicins they need are considered 'dual use'. Open your eyes people.CHILDREN ARE DYING. How would you like if you had a son and you couldn't find him treatment? You would definitely curse all the MORAL governments of the West.

Good write and an even better point -- When Marc Kennedy wrote his critique he must have been smoking a joint -- He says the real terrorist is one of us -- we should ship his ass out on a bus -- let's send him to Iraq then let's see what he has to write back.
