Learning From Each Other
I am,
What was,
Almost a poet.
For my existence,
Had no sense tenses,
Lined upon headstone
Novel shelved ideas.
I am,
What is,
But what is inside,
The shifting shadows,
Adrift drifting characters
That record beats of time
Upon the unique pages
Of Uni-Verse Rhyme.
I am,
The depth of stain
That reins down words
Vibrating vivid thoughts
Into reader’s receptive minds
That buds bright sprouts
In the seeded fruition
Of blossoming Poetry
I Am -
Since you have read this,
And with your approval,
A member of this family
Of unique universal member,
Brother and sister hood
Of a world’s enlightened poet’s
That generation after generation
Germinate the blossom of Literature.
I Exist, We exist.
We are sense tenses,
Together we make
Those composite pages,
Where we write
And share each others
Ink stained keystrokes
Among each other minds
In paths being crossed
Learning from each other.
