FREEDOM

Tis not one distinct word FREEDOM

The Liberty principle guaranteed

From inside a 1776 Constitution

That in Democracy ALL our words

Have “We the Right” to be heard aloud.

That “We the People” must have FREEDOM

Inside an unshackled civilian Free Press

That Free Speech is an unalienable Truth

That in Civil Liberty, We Must, question tyranny.

Tis not Star Spangled Banner pure FREEDOM

That did Stand the Test of Time in The War of 1812?

That after all the bombardment rage  “Our Flag”

Stood as testament with an Iron Will of True Grit.

Tis not FREEDOM a 100% equation, Bar None?

That We told the World, give us your homeless,

Where they have the FREEDOM To Be respected,

Where ALL religions are welcomed here in Peace.

Our eyes have seen FREEDOM ring pride in Patriotism

That from 1776 roots, we broke the yoke of tyranny

That held this nation in oppressive British Corporatocracy,

When few reined, “We the Commonwealth Conglomerates.”

My eyes have seen the Amazing Grace adrift divine Freedom.

When slaves were Liberated in that FREEDOM called America.

Where women were emancipated in a Right to Vote FREEDOM.

Wherein oppressed workers gained Freedom’s mutual respect.

Look at the naysayers of FREEDOM, who now legislate legal bigotry.

They say the homeless are not human, but humanities Holocaust trash.

That certain ethnic groups, be barred entry, and denied representation.

That religion is one Conservative religion that makes War on all others.

FREEDOM started in the 1776 roots of America working hard this land.

That we cannot forget - that the Indian’s Great Spirit was here before us.

Nor that our European, Asian, others in America are OUR conglomerate family.

That all races, creeds, religion, built up proud - these United States of FREEDOM.
