Last Tail To Go

Brothers, sisters arrived together, as this family litter
Puppies joining kittens; and other varied animal tails
Each tail, who will create, unique adopted story line tales
She bounced around, awaiting human interaction adoption.

As brothers, sisters, and others around, left amid huge hugs
She lost that jovial wagging, newborn pup litter exuberance
After a while, her spirit started to falter, a gist puppy rejection
As people, would not even acknowledge, her tail existence.

Another prospect, as a tear sparkled hurt, left being - last one.
She noticed a tear matching hers, make momentary contact.
Glancing away knowing, it was a mirage ~ she whimpered a sigh
But those tears glued together, as she lifted her head up in hope.

Seams plied, those tears that day, created a life time inseparable bond
For this lonely tail, has fulfilled this Master monumental hero tale
As she alerted to an electrical fire, to awake Her adopted family.
Out of the litter, she was the only one, to make the “Front Page.”

Truly your words should hit the front page! As an animal lover, I "felt" so much emotion as I came to the end. Kudos, pup!!

Love ya!

An interesting tale about the last tail to leave the litter for another life with hopefully, a loving family pack that she could join.

And I really like the ending where you have her waking up the family to save them from a fire and therefore make the "front page," while her brothers and sisters in the litter end up merely oblivion like so many generations of dogs as pets and not heroes.

It seems you used seams where you should have used seems. ;-)
