I cannot say when first I knew
that I had fallen in love with you
was it sweet words upon a page?
was it the honor that I gauged
to inhabit a heart honest and true
was it then I knew that I loved you?
Could it have been when eyes met
with a gaze I knew I'd never forget?
or when lips brushed in hesitant kiss
awakening of joy, a moment of bliss?
tears and laughter, a smile, a sigh?
things I'll remember as time goes by
How easily I knew you were the one
and the years of loneliness were done
though I'm not sure just when I fell
or when I realized all would be well
at last I recognized you once again
and our love without beginning or end
Truly, the words of someone who had experienced the ins and outs of love and was looking for something better. So the wonder of just when it was known that this one was for real… for eternity.
When love is true it has no beginning nor an end, just the present moment and the great aha, I love your poetry ma belle, j'espere que l'amoure sera une retrouvai pour toi. Bonne journer xo

Nobleman's son, Todd Ramble, returns home after years abroad and finds himself falling in love with his step-sister, who was now a grown woman. Unfortunately their love is brutally challenged by his tyrannical father.
Such passion and love in this poem.
I could feel the energy!
Nicely done!
Peace love and light,
Amber
