All for Love

You asked if I would leave here to be there by your side,
I said I wasn't ready but my heart says I have lied.
If only we were able to follow hearts instead of heads,
I know when I was tired I'd lie there in your bed.

It seems there's always thoughts of you, that can not be replaced
For anything I try to do, it seems your eyes I face.
Oh how I wish that it could be my hand always in yours,
that it was me who'd listen to all your nightly snores.

Someday I hope it happens, to be in your arms forever more,
For now I have to settle to love you to the core.
You're planted in my soul and there you will always be
My sexy tall dark lover .... my heart ... my soul ... my he.
