Rainbow River

Along the rainbow river
Where darkness smothers all
The scent is so exotic
I hear the night birds call
It's you here I encounter
Our meeting so taboo
You can't be mine I know it
But I'm mesmerized by you

Missed the exotic, did you? Too many taboos. Safer to just write about it. Too bad.
