These Words

By the light o’ the moon, with her silvery

Light shining down in muted fashion,

I write, by thee I am inspired.  These words,

This is all I have to show mine love to thee.

These words I write, I bare my soul to thine eyes,

Hear mine voice, whispering in the night along

Dream’s pathways in thy mind.  This is all I

Have, and to thee I give my all.  I can only hope

That these words no longer fall on deaf eyes.
