I think it was pure animal lust, :-) since they didn't have the centuries of shame, imposed guilt & puritanical wet-blankets falling down on their heads to deal with! Bet it was hot!

YEs, in a sacred way though, not with the impurities our society thinks and acts on today. I think they loved each other deeply but did not think of the flesh as much as we do now.....

One wonders... If we are to believe the Biblical texts then it would seem that this was the first arranged marriage.. Indeed one wonders....

Well, Dan, if not erotic, Adam must have "known" Eve (using here
of course the past tense of the biblical term "knew"). Otherwise,
from where cometh Adam and Eve? Let's hope it was sexual. -gene.
