 Little Birds-Haiku’s
Dan Johnson
© April, 2011

Stillness in the air
Little birds flutter skyward
to who knows where

dark clouds are forming
rain comes a raging storming
wind whips north to south

wind whips east to west
funnel forms five miles away
touches down whirls around

caught in the vortex
little things good-bye to all
little birds fly home

Great flow and carefully chosen story threads. Little birds are smart enough to stay away from big things. Patrick

You see and deliver the significance
of the little as well as the great..
and to a sensitive soul such as yours, Dan,
little is as great as great.

GREAT mixture of haiku's and all blending into the awful weather pattern we are having these days. Good stuff . . .
