My dad he used to have a friend
He liked old Larry a lot
Larry ate eggs with the shell attached
And on this I kid you not

The shell is the best part, Larry would claim
Does your heart the world of good
But try telling that one to your mouth
Cause' spitting shell out is very rude

So one day I offered Larry a prawn
I thought, I'll sicken him
But Larry chewed it shell-n-all
Wiped the juices from his chin

Old Larry took ill, late one night
Rushed to the hospital at twelve o'clock
But the doctors diagnosed it very quick
They were sure it was shell shock

But when they finally let him out from there
Things just didn't go so well
And all his friends had to agree
Larry had become an empty shell

So the moral of this story is
Stick to all foods that are tinned
Or you may just end up like Larry
Cracking up and very thick skinned.
