Tonight I must sleep alone, for you have gone away,
Thoughts of you and my great need, make my fingers stray.
Missing your touch, my caress will have to do,
I close my eyes, while soft touches make a fantasy come true .
Carried away, in an aroused state, I can feel your lips nuzzle my breast,
Your strong hands roam my body and I'm possessed.
The ringing phone, brings me back to reality,
I take a deep breath, to compose and gain some sanity.
I whisper," Hello", and I hear your voice caress my ear,
You sound so close, it seems like you are here.
I whisper, " I miss you, Baby, it seems like an eternity that we have been apart",
You say," I miss you too and I love you, Sweetheart".
Your voice washes over me, like a gentle tide,
Your words of love are comforting, they calm me inside.
We speak of intimate things, of places we love to touch,
Words spark our desire and we want each other so much.
Your words caress me, like gentle fingertips,
I close my eyes and visualize them coming from your luscious lips.
I begin to tremble, needing your embrace,
My heart aches, to not be able to look adoringly upon your face.
Your words become more passionate, making me sigh,
My need becomes overwhelming and I start to softly cry.
You whisper," Don't cry, Baby, I am home and about to open the door",
Soon you are at my side and I am encased in the arms that I adore.
