I sent this to an Editor and revised it a bit. I am getting my poems ready for a book.



 

Illuminating rays of Gold,
Silver and Bronze;
So Dazzling to the eyes,
it hurts as you look up.
Directly in the middle
of the sky, is God’s most
beautiful creature. 



A symbol of our country’s
freedom.

 

It is “The Bald Eagle”.
