How my Mother has been with me on my journey of my illness and how I have been with her on her journey of going to Law school.

You had dreams of going
To graduate school,
But you had to
put them on hold.
You had to feed
us girls.

Then, I was the LAST
child going to
college and I got ill.
I had a brainstem
tumor.

You were with me EVERY
STEP of the WAY, Mom!
You have journeyed
with me on my path
to better health which
I am still doing and for
that I am very grateful!

The PAIN I went through
must have been AWFUL
to have watched.
I am sorry you had to
go thru that.

It was pretty bad to
have experienced it
I must say.

Then, you started
Law school!
It took me
some re-adjusting
to get used to
that!(Needless to say)

I have not forgotten
you and I want you
to know that.

I am so proud of you
for every step you
have taken these past
four and a half years!

I am so very proud of you
for graduating
on December 12th,2003!
Go Mom!

The Lord KNOWS
how HARD YOU and I
HAVE BEEN WORKING
WITH EACH OTHER!

We will get thru this!

No matter WHAT I do or
How my actions show,

You are STILL ALWAYS
NUMBER ONE in my heart
and don't ever forget
that I love you!
