In the dawn before the morning light dances on my eyes

In the essence of a moment I hold on to paradise

And as the morning light wins out and I rise to face the day

In my heart there is no doubt that with you I long to stay

But you fade from my embrace and just the memory remains

In the dusk before the clouds release their pink and turn to gray

In the sunset skies, I feel a soft breeze rise and gently kiss my face

And the fragrance that surrounds me says you’re not too far away  

So close my eyes to touch you and my heart begins to race

We are finally together, till the cycle starts again
