Truth in writing always attracts, while pretensions or falsehood always repels. NEVER use the Holy Name of my Lord "Jesus Christ" as a title when it is not about Him at all, nor use it as a put-down. It offends me.
Why use a title that misleads?
Was it to deceive the one who reads?
And for lack of a better reason,
You say it is just an expression.
Random musings, as a story disguised?
A waste of time, such merchandise!
You say no malice aforethought-
Oh, but our time has been "bought"!
That was a very grievous crime,
False titles waste precious time!
A reader's respect is earned with truth,
And honest writers do follow suit.
The writer's pen is a golden brush,
Sincerely use it, don't make it trash.
Each written line, an eternal chance
To impart wisdom and true substance.
Love the craft, an ART to be read,
And your words will live long after you're dead.

Well done and so well said. There is no power above the Name of Jesus. His name alone has power to save so yes, we must never use His precious name as a Curse word or we will be cursed by that same power. Blessings and a big thank you, J'nia
Cynthia it offends me to me too, I grew up with a revernce for the Lord's name, and since coming to Christ, thirteen years ago, just hearing his name misused, is offensive to me
