With you on my mind
I tend to find
My eyes are always glowing.
The things we share,
The way we care,
It’s so great knowing.

With you in my heart,
We’ll never be apart
My lips are always smiling.
The things you say
Each and every day,
Keep my world a-shining.

With you on my mind,
I seem to be blind
To things that were once essential..
You bring out in me,
The best that I can be,
And help me realize my full potential.

With you in my heart,
Each day is a brand new start.
You make my life so exciting.
I’ll treasure you my friend,
From now until the end,
And I’ll keep saying so in my writing.

With you on my mind,
I no longer look behind,
Tomorrow is my focus instead.
I look forward to each new day,
Hoping our friendship is here to stay,
And anticipating the days ahead.

With you in my heart,
I feel like a work of art
Cause you always make me feel great.
I know for you things have been rough
Sometimes even a little bit tough,
But they’ve gotten better of late.

With you on my mind,
Each day, myself I remind..
That we live in worlds far apart.
I love you, my friend,
And the time that we do spend,
Know you’ll always have a special place in my heart.
