Voting time getting nearer. Can't decide. Fear for our country whomever gets in office. Must abide by them but don't have to really like them. God does know and it is up to him to pull us around and give us peace. God help us soon.

I sense that you too are concerned with the political mayhem in D.C. almost daily I e-mail, fax or call someone in Washingtonto let them know how far they are taking our natiion away from our founding principles of democracy. Our representation hardly exists. If you are not part os special interest group, you have no voice. But I am relentless in my pursuit of freedom, democracy and a return to the constitution as the founding fathers intended it. Go poem. Jon Michael Wiley

Too bad Kathy but praying is the only thing you can do, wish I could change things and make it a lot better but that would be everyones wish. Great write, thank you for sharing.

Could it be that we are reaping the harvest of an uninformed electorate? We have allowed the political consultants to warp our votes by hot button issues. We have allow religion to be misused to promote the political while, at the same time, they scare us to think that religion is being taken from us. They have successfully caused religious people to call each other names and boast that our interpretation of scripture is the only "true" one.

Sounds like a very similar dilemma to what we have going on here.
Tomorrow we get a new Prime Minister....Will it be the Old one whose about to retire anyway, and his treasurer just walks in the job, or the ALP ( Thats labour) with Mr Kevin Rudd, hmmmm I can hardly wait..NOT!
