A Message from THE Burning Bush

In the time of pharaohs
God spoke to Moses
From the burning bush.
He directed him not to keep it hush-hush.

The commandments He wrote in stone
Were to be the backbone
For humanity
And guide us through life’s journey.

These laws that we’re instructed to keep
Are meant to help us reap
God’s just rewards
And make us of one accord.

Today, there’s only the memory of the bush
Some might call it myth of fictitious
But, God’s law was meant for all
It truly is a cure-all

Follow his commandments, to reach His mansion,
They provide us with direction –
On how to achieve peace, harmony and love
This is His promise from above
