Her Strength… [Author’s Note: "Her" is intended to be non-gender specific, and was much easier to write than "Her/His."] 　 Her strength of character Is contagious Her strength of spirit Is impassioned Her strength of friendship Is energizing Her strength of generosity Is unequaled Her strength of compassion Is unprecedented Her strength of duty Is mind-boggling Her strength of morality Is exemplary So many attributes For each of us to espouse I find myself Wondering if I am a louse My heart tells me That I can be better My ego says Don’t be such a fretter Yet, when this life Is done Will I have eternal life?
