you feel the heat from inside out
beginning in the pit of your belly
it travels down the back of your thighs
then buckles your knees
down to your feet
curling your toes
back up your shins you squeeze your thighs
traveling again it goes up your chest
pumping your heart and your
breath comes on much stronger
a moan escapes from the back of your throat
heat travels down the length of your arms
fingers stretch to grab onto something
then back to your head your eyelids close
