A sublime romantic poem I have enjoyed to read... "Deeper Intimacies" stimulates visions on the magic of true romantic mingling of passion and intellectual creativity.
With a title such as "Deeper Intimacies," Victoria, I just had to put this one at the top of the stack of poems to read. I was certainly not disappointed (I knew I wouldn't be.)
I read it and then read it aloud. Some poems deserve to be read aloud, and most of yours fall within that category. I hate to use that tired old phrase, "It took my breath away," but it was that kind of a poem. The short, five-line poem paced much intimacy. Each line dove-tailed into the other one effortless and yes, knowingly, until the last line explained the lovely core of "Deeper Intimacies. Excellent!
