Love lost, never to be regained.
The storm that beats on yonder window Drums a never ending refrain. Singularly to my spirit suited Is the ever driving rain. Howling, beating 'gainst the door now Comes the wind so wild and free, And even as my heart is breaking I wonder where my love can be. Whipping, driving, lashing onwards Comes the black tempestuous sea, And still I wonder 'wake or sleeping, Does my lover think of me?

He is out there somewhere. Not lost behond belief. He will come to you at the right time and free you from your wanderings. The sea always give up its lost in time.

The visual images in this is great & I love the romantic side to this. I'd say this is a great poem.

This has a lovely scent of the ocean... "Lost Love" has a touching rhythm that strikes imagination... I could hear the heart pumping love's emotions throughout the beautiful imagery and lines of this magnificent poetic jewel.
