paint smeared on my fingertips
streaked through my hair
clay splattered on my favorite shoes
a chair, RUBVE rules not followed
not really art
a box full of “men”
marbles and paint
Aristotle, Dickenson, Emerson
words cover a binder
old advertisements of a french cat,
of apples,a bicycle, a bottle of wine
broken chunks of a jar,
of a knick knack, of glass
lamps and strung lights
ugly, beautiful, all the same
what color is a red rose?
am i really this way
am i like the things i possess?
blue, green, yellow, orange
or am i the opposite?
violet, mauve, black and white
what am i really?
every color except red
everything except for what
i show you
so waht are you really you have left me dangling waiting for the answer and it never came wow that was so great I really do thinkthat sometimes we are just a dream of someone else great poem it left me guessing.!!
