A Moment in Time

We played like children caught in pouring rain. Dancing freely to rain gods lost into the splendor of the moment. Pure enjoyment, nature cleansing the toils of life. Fragrances of freshness filled the air and surrounded us. When the rains ceased we were breathless, amazed by our childish ways. Smiles reflected upon our faces, laughter escaped our lips. Moistness glistened our skin and our clothes contoured our bodies. You hesitated but could not resist moving a stray hair from my face. Tipping my chin tenderly you lighlty kissed my lips. My inner soul trembled, all thoughts escaped my mind. Consumed by this kiss, I became lost. Time stood still for a moment. Copyright �2000 Chanceylady
