By candlelight
I filled the tub
sprinkled with bubbles of joy.
Fresh scents of musk
filled the steamy air.
I sat a glass of white wine
beside the tub,
unfastened my robe
I eased with pleasure
into the baths warmth.
Slowly I sipped the wine,
closed my eyes with a sigh.
A vision of you
appeared and I smiled.
If only you were here
to enjoy this simple pleasure.
To feel your hands
wash me tenderly as before,
mmmmmmm.
How you loved the scent of musk
with aroma of candles burning.
After you had bathed me
with those strong firm hands;
desires of passion raged within.
You would just smile knowingly,
I could not resist the look
of desire that reflected in your eyes.
Lost to the splendor
of sensual bubbles
we made love.
Heated was our passion,
waves of rapture fulfilled by love.
Unnoticed was the water that turned cold,
its bubbles faded.
I sipped my wine slowly
and thought,
God, I love bubble baths!
