The Silent Kiss

I waited,
a life time
for you to walk
the path of destiny,
to reach forth taking
my gift that I offered, gently
placing it in the palm of your hand.

I never knew,
the depths of passion
until our souls touched
the hidden
elements of desire
that awaken within
as we bared our flesh.

I surrendered,
my soul to your touch
only to be rewarded
with feelings that engulfed
my body to sensations
that carried me to your
temple of love.

I trembled,
by each passionate kiss,
by each lingering sensual touch,
that reached beneath
the surface of my world,
into the galaxy of my universe.

I felt,
each breath you exhaled
bushed against my skin
and penetrated warmth
that ignited flames
to sounds of scorched moans
that whispered your name
with no shame.

I merged,
into you soul
as you consumed
my body
making us "one",
making us "whole",
with the power each thrust.

We both,
exploded
as stars that collided
sending sparkles that glowed,
transcending softly
fading until
they were no more.

We basked,
the embrace:
of flesh on flesh,
of heartbeat to heartbeat,
of awe to reality,
and without thought
we sealed our fate with a silent kiss.
