The traditional school calendar year is coming to a close. Many schools offer intervention programs in the summer. The students who attend these summer school programs are prone to having low self-esteem. Through positive encouragement and recognizing the students' strengths, the mindset of failure associated with summer school can be broken.
Some children do not go as good as when they go to summer school. It is a needed things for them to keep with their class. Many do good when having to go to summer school and get the needed help they don't get in the classroom with so many other students. I can't see nothing wrong with summer school if it helps them.
