Poem Artwork

You speak my name in whispers
ease me out of stress
you caress my soul with
tenderness
I am
Daughter of Eve
and you lay in waiting
just
for
me

You speak my name in chocolate kisses
melt them into my soul
ease me out of emptiness
you possess such a strong hold
your whispers on my neck
confessing never to
let
me
go
even though you know...

You lay in waiting And
as soon as my tower fall
your swoop down upon me
like a hawk
(darkness soothing like wine)
ease my mind of opening blind to you
ease my soul of not loving you
ease my love for you no I am just thristy
and you speak me into existence
your breaths
on the back of my neck
on my inner thighs
twinkling how my stars shine
ease me into submission
ease me into sub~mission

You speak my name
as a preacher in prayer
lift me above mountains
and spread me in the air
ease into my oceans
treasures buried deep
explore the depth of my inner being
but no it's not yours to keep
you speak my name in
touch
me
love
me
feel
me
fill
me
tears swell in armour glass vassel
but i'm not there to tell
the bridge is rising now
breaths moving slowly away
back inside myself
where i sometimes watch you lay
in waiting

This would be amazing if recorded. If you haven't visited Nordette Adams or a few others whose names escape me at the time (so many excellent writers here in this place) click, on the "Romance" category and connect with some of them. The visualization of the words and the sepia tone of your graphics are a match unrivaled with the message in your poem. blessin's Sis Mitzi,

Stunning write Mitzi and one you should really and truly be proud of, it dances with the surreal as it entertains and instructs. Love it,
