Amazed because I'm truly free

the beauty of an odorless fog
gathering, embracing, kissing
like connected streamers
one depending on the other
exploding, imploding thoughts
rescuing, wrestling time in shades
of evolutions

Amazed because of the chances I take
Amazed because of the progress I make
Amazed because in my sleep I'm awake
to the hearing of the bleeding heart of the soul
hoping, praying through the glimmering light of hope
like the rays that warm a thousand seashells on distant shores
pressing, pushing upward with a face filled with a lifetime
of journeys never taken

Amazed because I've been touched by the hands that
are untouchable
are unreachable
are unthinkable but
are thought about
endless, infinite
forever, waiting
forever, amazed
I'm amazed
