sometimes it doesn't matter what you do, what you give- it will NEVER be enough

lately it seems like the time moves so fast

it's like before I blink the present is already past

always on the run, no time for fun

no real conversation just a smile and a quick hello

trying to keep up with the pace of a heavy work flow

dividing my time up is so tough

no matter how I try its never enough

separating business life from personal life is even more rough

I try so hard to make time for my friends and family

but I always play my part- whatever the need be

even when I know I'm being used by the greedy

but I hardly have time alone just to be me

all of this is taking a toll emotionally

but I'm thankful for my blessings maybe time will give me time eventually

These Black and Blue Red Zone Days by Aberjhani

Just as life during the pandemic was color-coded with different hues representing different levels of danger, life in its aftermath has become shaded in similar ways. As a self-styled “Seeker of Beauty with Beauty,” (borrowing from a quote by W.E.B.

Extraterrorestrial Beings v4 by RickthePoetWarrior

Our heroes are revealed for all they are, the final flash of a dying star, for with this pen I do they mar, with hopes I leave ‘em all a scar.
