bastardized my thoughts,
castrated all my prayers,,,
what you cannot see,,,
what don't bother me,,
the history which follows,,,

punishment castration by faith,,,
when God had ignored his children,,
sitting back and laughing when blood flows,,,
watching them when the dogs of war
when angel spreads her black scabbed wings,,

do we see when there are no acts of God,,,
when we see when the faith had withered,,,
when it would be when all are said to die,,
when we have no release,  and what would be,,
when in words and questions asked,
the doctrines left in the eyes bastardized,,,,

when the epitaphs are written after we die,,
none of the eulogies that are written are never heard,,,
in the black thoughts after the demise,,
time never runs in a straight line, fragility
do we look at are own mortality -- words never spoken,,,
that in the name of God, when the days have lost,,,,,

when we know when all are dead,
crying when no one hears us with our heads in our hands,,,,
when it would be in docturnal words bastardized,,,,,
do we hear them in our nightmares after they are long entombed,,,
in the blacker eyes watching when no one died for them,,,,
the fucking denial for who had died,  mourning's winter,,,,,

the questions to the one to the heaven's falling down,,,
after all the blacker eyes which fuck with the emotions,,,,
from the tainted ground when it drinks the innoncent blood,,,
in the name of religion,  killing in the command of God,,,,
another holy war,  something that I would never understand,,,
the angel watches from below with her scabbed wings spread,,,
from this god-mother-fucking-nightmare playing out,,,,
nor would be the prayers spoken would even make a difference,,,,
from the bastardized times of the untimely demise in three states,

this would be the question,  how the fuck can this crime be done,,,,
from the questions that are asked after what had become,,,
thy kingdom come -- life had ended,  on this earth,
this would be as the prayers had never been said,,,,
from this would be written,  the prayers never answered,,,
after when it would be after they die,  when it would all be noticed,
the pleas to live being ignored in the name of religion,,,,,

bastardized doctrines written in their perversions,,,,
in the name of the one they call their messiah,
castrated their minds to play the marienettes
while they die as their strings are pulled,  just another pawn,,,,
when blood covers the waters in another black dawn,,,,,
after the questions are asked and asnwered with only more,,,,
in the thoughts which slip away after the graven kiss goodbye,,,

the questions in the name of God, when they take more lives,,,,,
pulling the puppet strings willing to die in their black martyrdom,,
when they would nevermore hear their voices,  forever silence,,,,
from in the questions after the pleas of life are ignored,,,,,
when one would never see,  who would be forgotten and gone,,,
too many nameless faces yet too many are connected to the passing,,,

This one is the set up for the dark epic, The Seasons of Black September. This one is as just as dark, and this is the one I wrote on the 12th of September along with the short story, Encumbering are both on Writings From The Grave.

Nicholas, I do understand where you are coming from. thanks for the invite, your site is awesome, even if it's opposite to my view...;-), however there is an invisible line between lightness and darkness, and that's where the hope of us both lie. My best to you on the speaking tour.shalom...
