Quiet moments within my soul
I hear my heart crying
questioning my own existence
in a search for purpose.

Vivid are the images of my life
that I recall within my being
which comes to me in thoughts
remembering all that has passed.

My soul trembles within my moments
unknowing how my life may have been
recapturing emotions of my dreams
in my precious intentions to love.

Time renders me this tiring age
not accomplished in my goals, I feel,
for I long to live with a soft heart;
~a heart not crying and full~

Loving all, I surrender life
to the Divine Above trusting
Him to receive my saddened soul
He is Love Continued
wiping away my tears.
