The Holy Light Within

This poem attempts to reflect on the holy light which is in each of us.
There is a light within us Giving warmth and glorious passion This light is hope and love Which comes from God our creator This light is sronger than any sadness or fear Can get us through our darkest hours How can we see or feel this light? Close your eyes and surrender everything, everything to God You will find all that is left is God's radiant light Oh magnificent and Holy light Help us feel your glow,strength, and compassion Help us realize everyone has this light- EVERYONE. The light of Christ is ever present Reflecting all that God is His own goodness to dwell in us Almost impossible to understand Maybe it isn't meant to be understood Only to be lived with wisdom.

When so many think they provide their own light within, it is refreshing to read your outlook. Jesus is the Light of the world!
Some reject the light, but He is available to everyone, and His invitation is open to all who come to God through Him.
