Sometimes we think of joy as loud

with alot of movement- yes, it can

be and is- yet it is also a silent

deep ahhhhh!A deep sigh and knowing

all is well, peace is somewhat the same yet

it is deeper and has a wisdom

compassion can be the most

challenging yet comes from peace

and joy.It calls for a heart that is open

and  wisdom and yes- at times sacrifice

It comes also with compassion for ourself

So important, so important
